My Samsung Galaxy Watch4 Classic's rechargeable battery ran out of power for a few days. I recharged it back to 100%. However, it won't let me use it. I can't get to its main screen. It stays stuck at 100% charge status. If I remove it from its original wireless power charger, it goes away and stays black screen. I can't make it do anything until I put it back on its wireless power charger. How do I get back in it so I can use it again? Or is it broken after a couple years as a Christmas gift? šŸ˜ž

Thank you for reading and hopefully answering soon.

@AntDude So after pulling it off the charger, have you tried holding down the buttons to turn it on?

When the watch is off, it will still show charging info when you put it on the charger.

After the watch ran out of battery it is off. To turn it back on, you need to press and hold both buttons until the Samsung logo appears.

Thanks, LongHiker! I didn't know this, but that worked! I felt its vibration, saw SAMSUNG startup, and back to where I should be. Why do I have to do that? Shouldn't it just boot up by itself after regaining power? Weird, it was autodownloading updates with 13 minutes left and then failed. šŸ˜ž I am retrying again. I hope it will work with this >1 GB update!

Watches do not start themselves up after being charged, you have to start them manually. I think the Ultra may have this feature, but the other watches do not have auto start.
